01. RETURNS

YOU WILL HAVE 5 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS TO INFORM US ABOUT YOUR DECISION. IF 5 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOU RECEIVED IT UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN YOUR ITEM UPON WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM US. WE WON’T BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURN IF NOT EMAILED FIRST.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

BE AWARE THAT WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE UNAUTHORISED RETURNS AND CATEGORICALLY WON’T ACCEPT ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED OR HAVE BEEN SUBJECT OF ALTERATIONS OF THEIR ORIGINAL STATE AT TIME OF DELIVERY. FIGURA SERVICES LTD. HAS THE RIGHT TO FULLY INSPECT THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH IF AN EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

EVERY RETURN MUST BE FORWARDED TO OUR RETURN ADDRESS FULLY TRACKED. IF AGREED THAT THE PRODUCT IS OF DEFECTIVE NATURE, FIGURA SERVICES LTD. WILL BE IN CHARGE OF COVERING RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.

02. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.

03. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN. THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED.NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED. IF YOU’VE DONE ALL OF THIS AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR REFUND YET, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@FIGURASERVICES.WEBSITE.

04. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED, UNFORTUNATELY SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

05. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT SECURE EXCHANGES AS THE STOCK IS PRODUCED IN LIMITED QUANTITIES. WE SUGGEST TO ALWAYS ENQUIRE FIRST, PRIOR TO COMMITTING TO ANY DECISION.

06. PRE-ORDER POLICY

PRE-ORDER CAN’T BE CANCELLED. ALL PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE REFUNDED SINCE IS MADE TO ORDER, HOWEVER CUSTOMERS CAN GET PAID EXCHANGE FOR SIZE ONCE PER ORDER (IF SIZES AVAILABLE).
